At Walk in Grace Shop, LLC, we take pride in creating handcrafted products with care, prayer, and purpose. Because our products are handmade and considered personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

Returns

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on soaps, gift boxes, or other personal care items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@shopwalkingrace.com and include:

Your order number
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

We will gladly work with you to replace the item or provide another appropriate resolution.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been fulfilled, it cannot be canceled.

Allergies & Product Use

Our products are handcrafted using quality ingredients. However, every individual's skin is unique.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product ingredients before purchasing and should discontinue use immediately if irritation or an allergic reaction occurs.

Walk in Grace Shop, LLC is not liable for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, misuse of products, adverse reactions, or any damages resulting from the use of our products. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the ingredients and are using our products at your own discretion and risk.

If you have known allergies or sensitive skin, we strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use.

Product Variations

Because each product is handcrafted, slight variations in color, design, weight, and appearance are normal and make each item unique. These variations are not considered defects.

Shipping

Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Walk in Grace Shop, LLC is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, stolen packages, or damage caused during transit. If your package is lost or delayed, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. We are happy to assist when possible.

Our soaps are handcrafted in small batches using quality ingredients and are intended for external use only.

Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.
